Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

Easy to use software that gives you great reporting and lead generation functionality all at a great price. When I have used the online support, they have been really helpful too.
M very happy with the tool, and I think it has a great possibility to become a very good investment. They're well funded so I can only a good future for the tool.
Brilliant from start to finish, I started off with the Freemium version and quickly saw the benefit of going onto the paid for version and I'm getting useful and actionable information.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

I had only one problem while creating my account, due to an update on their system.
Very limited accesss to advanced features with Appsumo access which is very sad. No possibility to access to the whole list of lead I want to track, and extracting them early to a.
I miss the direct export to ZOHO CRM :-( and the export of the activity data. With Zapier it didn't run.
