Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

It is easy to use and they do have good data, the interface is nice and they are constantly making updates.
I like that it provides all the tools that I need for competitive and business analysis which directly helps my company in sales operation.
It's like huge time saving for any executives or marketing professionals like myself.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

I learned this the hard way when I thought I turned off a drip campaign but it was accidentally running for weeks.
You have to watch your sequences and how many emails are going out daily. They add up quickly and it damaged our domain reputation which took months to get back to normal.
However, after we purchased, I realized that even though they had that "company" when I needed it, a LOT of those companies didn't have any contacts at them so they were worthless to me.
