Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

They are open and willing to listen to your needs and concerns, and will help you find a solution that best fits your Firm.
Information is the new Gold, and this software will give you your moneys' worth. Want to know who your superstars in your organization are with Clients.
We appreciate the excellent customer service we've experienced with this company.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

The concept was exactly what we needed. However after using it for a year now, our employees are still frustrated by it.
It does not actually integrate with Needles Case Management. They take the data entered into Captorra and dump it into a single field in Needles.
The fact that its just a data dump, and not even field to field.
