Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

Centra -crm is very best software this software is user friendly and most important is report is osam.
Yes, its good except about the least like I explained above. We are planning to use it for our other sales medium also.
Easy to understand and user friendly and easy to adopt.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

The sales and implementation team!!! They have no professional approach to addressing any issue the customer raise.
Although functionality customization is quite extensive, interface customization is a bit limited.
Campaign Management and Analytics are key to our business. We have many high volume and low margin deals and it is hard to keep track of them at the cost point feasible to us.
