Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

DealCloud has been an amazing addition to our company and we are so happy with our choice.
The implementation process was completed on time and on budget, and the customer service to date has been outstanding.
The ability to filter our information and statistics from our growing pipeline is also great, as it got quite complex with our last CRM.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

It's appalling that changes they were supposed to make in implementation are just passed off as your fault and problem.
The implementation has been poor and completely missed the mark.
Add in missing features like no preheader functionality, and it just makes me miss what I had before.
