Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

Overall Dolibarr is a great system and i have to say is getting better in the last 2 years it has improved out of sight and is well worth looking at prior to version 9 it was not as good.
I am happy to work with a secure system that also provides me with solving the sometimes serious customer issues regarding database and customizations.
I like that it has a very good process from proposal to facture. It's modular so i can select the modules i need.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

Unfortunately its SQL Structure is very french and European and the translation to English is lost sometimes and makes it hard to solve things with the language barrier.
I get lost with virtual and physical, when I send a proforma invoice or order and it doesnt take and I want to correct, I always get lost.
I used it for more then 7 years, but I have a very small business and a cooperative, I had three problems with it.
