Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

I have been using it for just over a month and am very confident in my ability to use most the features. Tech support was also very helpful with the few questions I have had thus far and speedy.
Job Nimbus is allowing us to slowly change and monitor our practices. We've been able to secure a better sales pipline and keep better tabs on our accounts receivable and outstanding.
I was an adjuster for 20 years and had a good computer system. Our company needed this to help organize and use the great tools.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

This is annoying because there can be 10 notes between the note you are replying to and your reply so following is confusing.
The way you select the date and time is really a pain in the ass. Try it you'll see what I mean.
I absolutely hate how difficult it is to actually set the date and time for a lead appointment with the mobile app.
