Pros

It has a good integration with Xero which has saved us a lot of time and has just released an integration into a mail campaign tool (Transpond) which looks to be a nice added bonus.
This software is very easy to use, and we have had great success with using it to communicate internally to better serve our clients.
What initially attracted us to this CRM was its cost effectiveness. I was impressed by how easy it was to deploy and run.

Pros

Reports are easy to generate and there are so many resources to help answer your questions. The provided training videos are clear & give good direction.
It is very intuitive and has a great mobile app. The price is also great considering all the features.
Customer support very responsive. Being able to design multiple pipelines is brilliant.

Cons

The free version was so restricted, it made it virtually useless.
I think we had some trouble when trying to connect to Mail Chimp. From memory it took a long time to get it right.
No multiple records (create campaign lists and cleaning up is horror).

Cons

I hate the way the tagging system works. I hate the data import/export process is over complicated.
No offline desktop apps. There was a feature I was missing on the iPhone app but can't remember what it is.
The process of a lead and a person a little confusing at 1st.
