Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

Its a really easy to use system, a great way to record information which is accessible to the whole team. Easy to track progress with opportunities and tasks.
It's great to see everything you need to know about an account or contact at a glance. It's very helpful to have a task list that keeps your focused and on track.
In terms of applying for business loans it was great to be able to easily download a list of enquiries and demonstrate how many projects we had won and what was in the pipeline.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

I have had occasional trouble with Tasks columns resetting so I can't see Account Name or Description. These can be reset but it's a con to have to do it.
An auto-save function would be helpful. Emails sent from RSS seem to get stuck in companies' spam filters sometimes.
As a business, we were finding it really hard with our old CRM system to have visibility between the sales team/managers as to what was being sold.
