Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

We have had excellent Customer Service and I am very impressed with the system and the support we receive. I can give this an excellent rating and that is very rare.
I really like SalesNOW - they are super attentive and it's great for someone who is lookign for a CRM at a great price.
The product and people at SalesNOW has been great to deal with. Any issues that I have are taken care of quickly and they are always super responsive.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

I have no negative feedback about the company or the product.
The only problem we had was getting people use to using this.
We work with many vendors and no one exceeds the customer service level of the folks at SalesNOW.
