Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

I love how it's incorporated into gmail and it's has a strong connection via actions and it's really easy to use. It has many options and sequences which I like and would suggest to anyone.
The best features about this software is how it helps you remain on top of your tasks.
It's an efficient tool to develop mail marketing and outreach clients that are mostly favorable for your product or are responsive to your mails.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

Pity that tracking is recognized and categorized by email providers as spam.
Also, when you working on your leads you cannot convert them straight forwardly, still have to login separately to Salesforce.com. Not working properly on all browsers.
Product does NOT send your scheduled emails & keeps them in your drafts. Yesware is not able to match their product well enough with Gmail which causes "environmental errors" - Yesware quote.
