Pros

Cayzu really set the bar high. This was a great choice and I would recommend them to anybody looking to provide great customer service at an affordable price.
The wealth of knowledge within the Cayzu Customer Service Knowledge base is very useful and frequently updated. This helps us and them reduce calls and increase customer satisfaction.
Cayzu is the clear winner for us. Easy to use, flexible, great for agents and great for management.

Pros

Features & Functionality - I think that Form.com, especially with their API, has the best features. Customer Support is outstanding - every person I have worked with at World App is world class.
By creating a simple elegant interface, with the ease of programming, and the ability to customize reports, it is an ideal package for helping educators understand and use evidence.
The platform works extremely well and has been effective in ensuring we provide outstanding service to our customers. Customer service at Form.com is top notch.

Cons

There are many layers to the features, but you get use to that. Anxious for the customizable end user portal to be released.
New kid on the block so won't have all the features that the bigger apps will have (but will soon).
We're still in the evaluation phase. There's so much capability in there it's difficult to know what we might run across.

Cons

The app lags during this process and sometimes will close by itself or the picture just acknowledged does not get added and is lost in the ether.
This app has also lost complete inspections and all photos with no record that they ever existed.
I was not delivered what was promised and then was nickel and dimed to do so. Ultimately had to completely abandon and hire a developer.
