Pros

Overall, we have been extremely satisfied and find that checkfront has more benefits than cons, but it would be nice if the cons could be improved.
It has a nice user interface for both front and back end users, good payment processing, decent reporting, and automated emails. They also have a nice little website builder if you are needing that.
I love that our clients get to book their charters online. The convenience of knowing that their card information is secure is a great comfort to us.

Pros

They have been very helpful and accommodating to us small business owners prices are super affordable and budget friendly.
I didn’t have enough free time to take full advantage of the free trial but what I’ve witnessed thus far is great. M able to set my availability/services/payment arrangements all with ease.
I like the quirky quotes and statements because they give me moments of fun during my workday. I love the value for the cost.

Cons

Monthly cost is quite high- we are a very small business and no discounts available and packages unable to be tailored to our needs so we are paying for things we do not require.
We save time and money by no longer worrying about double bookings and the system sends reminder emails to guests which has cut down on peopke thinking they booked other dates.
It can be hard to navigate at first, and there is no phone support for the basic plan which can be tough if you are someone who prefers live conversation vs email.

Cons

To me, this is very poor customer service. Also, very frustrating when you have been paying the company for over five years and they can't even do you the curtesy of having a human call you.
The calendar views in the app are misleading. I can’t tell you how many times an associate has confused their schedule because of the appointment layouts in the app.
It’s kind of a pain, because PayPal already charges me when clients pay online, so to have to pay just to have my acuity link on social media sucks.
