Pros

The support has an amazing actitud and vibe. They are on top of things to help the user.
After years of use, my favorite thing about Checkfront is the helpful support team. They always provide detailed, competent and helpful answers.
Ease of use, very intuitive. I was nervous about the quality of the support after our free trial expired, but have found Checkfront staff to be very helpful and responsive to all of my questions.

Pros

Easy to use, great customer service, excellent price, easy to setup. Great record keeping as well.
Smartwaiver has numerous useful features, most important being their comprehensive form setup that allow you to setup a simple online form to collect permission forms & signatures.
All my interactions have been virtual and everyone is pleasant and extremely helpful.

Cons

Extremely disenchanted with the service. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO BLOW CUSTOMERS OFF--how UNPROFESSIONAL.
Monthly cost is quite high- we are a very small business and no discounts available and packages unable to be tailored to our needs so we are paying for things we do not require.
During covid, the hibernation plan means that your website goes offline.

Cons

Sometimes clients have trouble connecting and/or submitting but could be a user error.
Also, it is very annoying that I can't tell which Smartphone was used to collect a signature. When assigning tags, I have to look at the day and time each waiver was signed to guess the location.
I spent many hours setting up a single form, which I have just duplicated over and over again to avoid going through the whole process once again.
