Pros

So intuitive, continously improved with more and more interesting and useful features, amazing customer service, enables to do almost all what I can imagine.
We chose CheckMarket as a tool for our loyalty survey because of ease of use, visual analytics and transparent + competitive pricing. From the beginning our decision has proved right.
Great customer services, prompt responses and always willing to help. Very good value for the invested money.

Pros

The ease with which i can create surveys and circulate them is amazing. The interface is also awesome and i spend minimum time doing this.
SurveyMonkey CX provides us an great interface with very minimum learning curve. The Dashboard and the reporting are great for us to understand the results and convert into meaningful conclusion.
Very easy to reply to your customers straight from the platform, so you can engage immediately and thank them for providing comments to help your business to become more customer focused.

Cons

It's so complete that sometimes there are so many choises that it can be confusing.
And for our clients it needs to be exactly as on paper. Another suggestion would be, that the software would be able to use a negative extraction.
The difficulty to change the lay-out of questions and the invitation mail. There are some buttons, but the options are limited.

Cons

What we disliked about the software was that we were limited to our number of questions on our budget.
The reporting offered out of Survey Monkey CX is weak.
I've only used Monkey Survey a handful of times. But as with any service, there is a fee you have to pay to use their service.
