Pros

It is a very useful software to know how your users or clients are interacting with your platform or product by giving you statistics that will help you

Cons

It is a tool that is useful for many things, it helps you to have levels of your marketing and your finances but it is not easy to use and the first approach is very complicated

This is what a SaaS-Company needs for Customer Succes

Pros

ChurnZero helps us to get a realtime overview of our customer base. Implemented both on our CRM and our Solution we can actively get insights in what's happening. By this way we can predict our Churn and act on it if needed!

Cons

So far not that much, we recently implemented it.

Powerful customer success tool

ChurnZero has helped me collect, organize, and act on client data in order to improve their experience.

Pros

I've been really impressed with ChurnZero overall. They have robust functionality, filtering, and integrations. I can use it to find the right clients to conduct user research with.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with it thus far. As with any powerful data tool, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but it's pretty intuitive and self-explanatory once you jump in.
