What is Clevertim?

Clevertim is a contact management and CRM (customer relationship management) solution for small sales, marketing or support teams. The solution enables teams to collaborate on sales opportunities, customer cases and keep track of all customer interactions.

Key benefits of using Clevertim

  • Store all contacts, accounts and their entire interaction histories - emails, notes, quotes and proposals - in one place for everyone in the team to access at any time.

  • Store all files online, attached to the relevant case, contact or opportunity. Files can be organized via a Windows Explorer-like interface.

  • Organize meetings, follow-ups and reminders for each contact or opportunity and assign and track the work done by each member of the sales team.

    Best CRM for small companies.

    After years of using cumbersome, complex, and expensive CRM solutions, we have migrated to Clevertim and never looked back. Super-responsive customer support, affordable pricing, and none of the superfluous features and time-consuming screens of "big name" CRM alternatives. Just the info you need, when and where you need it, saves time. Brilliant (!) tagging system allows any user to tag any record...
