I liked the customer service too as they are quick to resolve all queries. What I love most about Qualtrics is the suite of tool built into the software to help analysis the results. I also appreciate all the options in crafting the survey. I love that Qualtrics is so intuitive and has so much functionality built in. I also love that they are consistently working to improve it and roll out other useful features.

Their reporting and analysis is AMAZING. The formatting templates are also user friendly and produce great results. I like that you can now edit imported emails to check if they are good. I also really enjoy the events portion. It's great that we can references back to information, emails, and events from YEARS ago that are saved in the system. It's like our own bookkeeper for keeping track of our work all in once place. For the price, this software is fantastic. There are a few things you can't do without paying more, but overall, they're not needed to still produce great e-mails to send out to customers.
