I was looking for an appointment software to update my booking system for my hair business and I tried 7 different ones before I found Appointfix. It was so easy to enter client and service info compared to the others I tried! My clients love the automated reminders as well.
This software is very customizable, easy to set up and use and the customer support is phenomenal!
There's nothing I don't like about this software.

Being able to send my client a booking confirmation & reminder of their appointment. I am getting cancellations in advance and 0 no-shows now.
I have had zero issues with the software.

Life is busy for us all, I know I rely on reminders for appointments myself. I love Appointfix for its ease of use and for the difference it has made to our "did not attend" rate. We remind the day before and two hours before. This give clients the opportunity to reschedule if it does not suit them. And allows us time to re-book other from our wait-list.
It is easy to use, efficient, reliable and perfect for our Counselling business. Clients love the reminders.
We do not have any issues with this software.

I don’t like the txt limit and that I have to buy more, it’s should be unlimited. It’s more expensive than other software and I feel the txt should be included at an unlimited level.

I love this app for keeping track of my appointments. It allows me to send out messages for bookings & reminders easy so that I never forget. It has also been extremely helpful that the app keeps track of my clients' appointment history. This feature is great for bookkeeping purposes.
That is tracks my clients history for bookings.
There was ABSOLUTELY nothing that I did not like about this software.

I'm very happy with the software and support team - keep up the great work!
The software is user friendly, easy to use and does what I need it to do. If there are any (rarely) issues they are resolved super promptly - it's a good product and an affordable price that is constantly being improved.
Prior to the most recent update I trued premium but it didn't work for myself and colleague - I believe the new changes made to the originating reminder number (formally just a generic appoint fix number) resolves this - so if this is the case then... Winner!

It's okay but not great, I have been looking at other software due to issues above
Simple, affordable, easy, reminders and texts are good
The notes just dissappear for clients. Client's cannot reschedule o line if the booking was done by me and not by them online. I wish this integrated with izettle.
