This might also replace the need of surveys, forms, quiz builder like outgrown, landing pages, contact forms.

Pros

Collect.chat has a clean user interface, easy to install as it requires zero coding knowledge to integrate with your website, and has a lot of potential.

Cons

Limitation on the responses per month and the data storage in days, would love for them to up it up a bit.

Cons

Please provide a user dashboard for updating the account, Also provide settings to updated the email template. For analytics - please add option to search entire month & shown the result in the grapgh.

Ease collecting feedback. Compared with setting up forms, this is extremely easy to setup and use.

Ease of integration with my website code Ease of setting up the questions Ease of accessing feedback from the submission

Cons

I would like control of position in my website, i.e Control over the z-index positioning I would also like in future to have access to a level of customization i.e Maybe change the colors and font in the pop-up modal

Pros

Easy of use, responsive design and customer oriented support team creating templates and assisting very swiftly to create the bots

There are couple, relatively small features listed in the support forums that after implementation would take my review of the feature set to 4 stars instantly

The Experience in creating the chat first time is really good and implementing in website is good

UI of the chat is excellent and auto opening of the chat is v.nice. i liked the feel of the chat automation.

Cons

Chat is not able to find out the real email. as some users are providing mails like abc@def.com.

Having the ability to collect leads from a tool like Collect.Chat without having to pay a dime in the beginning is a huge turn-un. So, no need of running ads to get leads and so on, because with Collect.Chat I'd probably get them in bulk.

Also, on my website, my visitors hardly sign up or subscribe to my blog through my website pop ups, but instead they prefer signing up through my chatbot, and not because it was a chatbot, but because it looks very agile and attractive to click-on, and currently, with the help of Collect.Chat, I've collected more than 6,000 email leads from my website visitors.

Cons

The chatbot is automated, you set it up the way you want it to be, you can call it your goal, maybe to collect leads like emails, phone numbers or maybe to enable visitors to subscribe to your social media handles.

Also, features like Zapier integration are very useful.

Cons

Since, analyzing the chatbot conversations can be hard, I would like to have at least 50 complete conversations in the free plan. This is because I could then analyze the performance of the chatbot and then buy a plan that suits my business needs better. Having the maximum chat limit increased to 50 would help me get an insight about how are the users interacting with my chatbot and do I need to use logical jumps or not.
