Pros

Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with gmail.
The Training That Is Provided With The Free CRM Solution - Great Quality Of. The Number Of Things That CRM is Able to Offer within the Free Solution.
So far happy with this choice - a great thumbs up for the fact that you can use HubSpot for the benefit of your business no matter of budget.

Cons

Plans are misleading and their salespeople use misleading promotional ideas to convince you.
Having the foul package it's expensive. The fact that you cannot talk with customer service directly over the phone it's painful.
I went to report it to mangement there, and there was no option. So they have no way of getting feedback on their bad employees.
