Brandt: You can be to be able to do that by going to Customs Field at the left. You'd be able to type in really anything you'd like to keep track of that we don't have in the account yet.
Once you then make these custom fields, yes, they'll show up on the contact profile for you to edit and fill in. But to take it a step further, these are now going to be dynamic fields for when you are writing your email templates.
