Built-in business processes will allow you to plan the best course of actions that would ensure that your company takes advantage of all the benefits of the software.

Cons

We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm'online system with help of Partner of bpm'online so that no data was lost or missed out.
New updates would override the fixes and render software useless until new patches would be applied.
Heavy usage may suffer from performance issues.
