Pros

The system has advanced tools to not only manage but also to constantly improve customer relationship. The system’s agility and scalability are some of the greatest benefits to us.
Having marketing, sales and service in a single platform has easily been one of the best benefits to date. Outlook integration works perfectly and really saves time for everyone.
The customer service is fantastic and always willing to help. Nataly from bpmOnline at times went above and beyond her duties to help out.

Pros

It is an awesome thing using this software. I would recommend this to all to use it.
Many helpful features and creative uses. Makes marketing tracking super easy and automated.
I love the function of the software. Tracking and automation is great.

Cons

Heavy usage may suffer from performance issues.
We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm'online system with help of Partner of bpm'online so that no data was lost or missed out.
Printables and Reports can be difficult to work with and seem to have fallen behind the quality represented elsewhere in the software.

Cons

Changing a contact is on Aloware does not work well if the contact has been pulled from another integration, the Guesty integration is not 2-way. The cost is high compared to other similar software.
If I have problems, i am contacted quickly and the problem is efficiently solved.
I haven't try the crm, there is not much that I don't like.
