Pros and cons

They are so passionate about their product and they really care about providing the best software system and customer support possible - and they are succeeding.
I love how it is ever changing and being updated as the needs in our industry change. The support is fantastic and very much appreciated.
For somebody that is new to the business, having curbside has been a godsend.
Example: the recent update to closing out the cash register while on the surface might seem to be idiot proof it seems to have caused more variances than the old way.
Hard for users to learn. Some functionality is available but hard to find.
The only thing I would want to change is the price. It is on the higher end, but you get what you pay for.

The software is great but the support is even better!

We needed a robust solution to manage our pick up and delivery laundry service. Curbside delivers so much more than just that. Since they are also laundry owners, they've thought of everything. They are super responsive when the rare problem crops up and they are always coming up with new features.

Pros

This software makes managing our laundry delivery service a breeze. We did exhaustive analysis on all the different software packages for laundromat owners and this is the only one that ticked ALL the boxes.

Cons

Not being able to use our Spyderwash cards was frustrating but the developers listened to our feedback and just rolled out this ability. I don't think there's anything else I'd change.

Cons

make orders that have dry cleaning easier to track, maybe add colors for laundry orders and another color for dry cleaning orders and another for combo orders.

Ease of use and portability. You can easily pull up the software for any device

Cons

Even though it has an inventory application embedded in it, the inventory count does not update when an item is sold together with an order, only when it is sold through the register portion of the software. This a drawback that needs to be corrected.

Great software for anyone offering wash & fold laundry service

Pros

What I like most is how fully integrated this software is with respect to all of the functions needed to run a professional wash & fold business, both drop off & pickup/delivery. The customer support is excellent & they are constantly innovating the software & updating it to continually add more value.

Cons

I really don't have any cons to speak of. The few I had were addressed in recent updates.

Its covers at least a little of everything I need in a PUD software - everything vital I have The support team is great and one of the main reasons why I keep using them They make updates often and listen to customer feedback

Cons

The UI for customers could use a refresh - needs to be less friction for customers to make an account and place an order Need some more marketing, texting, route optimization tools - all of which i think are in the works

Pros

Without prior experience, I thought this platform had a friendlier user interface than the others I looked at. Some of the functions were not as intuitive as I thought but all employees were easily trained and the product team keep coming out with regular updates and improvements to the software. It keeps getting better!

Cons

The software was built based on how SuperSuds operated their business which was not always in line with how we operated our business so a few functions took a little getting used to such as the "role" based interface.

I LOVE being a client of Curbside Laundries! They are so passionate about their product and they really care about providing the best software system and customer support possible - and they are succeeding!

Pros

The software is specifically designed for the the full-service laundromat. Therefore, all the features needed to operate such a business are included. Many companies that create a software products don't continue to develop it to fit the needs of their users. However, with Curbside Laundries, they are actively listening and responding to clients ideas and needs to continually create a more robust, spot-on product.

Cons

Their team is so proactive at resolving concerns, any issues that arise are handled promptly - it's really amazing!

The experience overall has been amazing, software is reliable and they keep you updated on everything. The software itself gets a update every once in a while with new features. They’ve been responsive on some things that I found concerning or suggested. Everyone runs their business differently, have different suggestions, and I think curbside takes it into consideration and tries to meet everyone’s need. If you’re running a laundry business, you should have this software. It is worth it!

Pros

We’ve been using the software for a few years now and it has really helped our business. Thanks to this software, the ease in a Customer drop off experience surpasses our competitors. Users get a text when the order is ready which means no phone calls to ask if the order is ready, which has been a huge time saver. Tracking cash and expenses has also been simpler. There’s just a ton of features in this that not only made it simple for us but also makes us surpass our competition in the area. Highly recommended!

Cons

The software has like 95% of everything you need, the 5% would just be simplifying a few stuff like reports; right now I have to shift through multiple reports to get the information I need.

Good software, great support.

Good experience

Pros

We chose Curbside for how high people rated its responsiveness from the developers. We wanted changes to better the software based on customer feedback and they are great with that. All softwares are relatively new so none are spectacular but Curbside seems to be trying to improve as quickly as possible. We also had to have 1 software for both wash & fold and PUD and this does both.

Cons

Can be slow. Biggest gripe is how linear it is, to do each task is “rabbit-holish “. Needs cross functionality. Currently must do a task then refresh and start a new task, lacking ability to go back a step or correct things easily. Needs more intuitive ways for getting things done to improve efficiency of workflows. Coming from sophisticated medical software this has a lot of catching up to do, but the curbside team is all about listening to criticism and implementing things as quickly as they can.

Curbside software has helped us grow!

Pros

I really like the integration with the website. Customers can find us online and sign up for service without having to call us. The software is super reliable, day after day for the past 2 years. We have reliably used it to grow our wash and fold and our pickup and delivery laundry service.

Cons

The user interface is not always intuitive, but once you use it a bit that's a minor issue.

Easy to learn

For somebody that is new to the business, having curbside has been a godsend. They give really good advice not only on how to use the software but also on the best ways to do business and maximize profits. I highly recommend them.

Pros

You can access everything remotely and make changes as needed without having to be at the laundromat.

Cons

There's little I don't like about the curbside software. Every now an then there are small glitches but their team works quickly at resolving any issues that arise.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and their team do an excellent job educating their prospects about what Curbside is, which becomes the foundation for detailed training and preparing the team for a successful launch. They are responsive and available for questions and challenges as they come up.

Cons

Learning how to navigate the driver/delivery portion of the website on a phone. It's not always convenient to deal with a tablet, since the tablet lives at the store - and sometimes the driver begins the route from home. Making the website mobile friendly or more responsive would be helpful.

By far the benefits are that they are constantly evolving with today and future needs of the laundry industry. My Pick up and delivery has increase well over the past year by using Curbside.

Pros

I like that they are always coming up with new ideas and upgrades. I was using a different software prior and they never did updates/upgrades. Customer service is great!

Cons

Just when we find things that could be improved, they already have an install coming in the very near future. Noting that we do not like about it.

Software is great and the support team just as good, if not better.

Pros

User friendly. I had an employee confess a few months after implementation that she was going to quit because of her anxiety over learning the computer software but she's done well and still an employee 18 months later.

Cons

While I know that having the option to turn features/ updates on/off can be a gargantuan task for programmers (and sometimes not just not possible) it would be helpful as a small business owner to customize the software to meet my needs/ employee pool. Example: the recent update to closing out the cash register while on the surface might seem to be idiot proof it seems to have caused more variances than the old way.
