Great team to do business with, they are very knowledgeable about the loyalty landscape, customer requirements and the technology supports our business objectives.

Pros

The rapid integration with 3rd party platforms made it really attractive, our developer teams worked quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Nothing to report that is negative in our current engagement with the platform

Excellent product, great staff

Pros

This software makes it extremely easy for us to track points/behaviour and enable our research panelists to redeem these for rewards. The API functionality makes it very versatile, and our tech teams have had no trouble integrating it into our panel website.

Cons

As a Canadian company there were fewer awards available to us through this software when we first joined up, but CA has actively worked to find more opportunities for us as a client.
