Tech support staff person was awesome! They were patient, clear, professional and steered me through the retake link process.
The retake links will provide my organization with the ability to streamline the gathering of electronic signatures from multiple employees.
I like the software. Perhaps the hardest is just the will to learn it.

A fast, effective survey and a very clean report of the results.
Formality of the site. It's laid out nicely. And you can quickly get the hang of maneuvering around on the site.
A couple steps were confusing, but once I figured it out, it worked well. It's just a matter of figuring things out for the first time using it.

I am using Qualitrics for a research project and so far its working well. the information is collating well and there are analysis tools for data which will come in extremely handy when reporting my findings
The software has many useful functions especially when you need to collect and analyse data
Not sure yet as its my first time using it.

Created an employee engagement survey that allowed for certain questions to be asked depending on a previous answer.
Excellent for surveys, provides great results to be calculated.
Can get very complex, which can be good if you have specific needs for the survey.

I recently used Kindle create to format my ebook. I received a survey created through qualtrics and I found it to be user friendly. It was fast and simple.
Software was simple and very easy to respond

The survey library is robust and includes a wide range of template to help you to get started creating surveys quickly. Anyone can jump in a create a survey as it is pretty straight forward options. Users can create an accounts for free. I find it more robust that Survey Monkey.
The reporting options are clunky and slow. Support is helpful fixing issues but some of the issues feel like they should have already been addressed.

Easy to use the survey feature, the software recognizes the type of question you are writing and it automatically creates the answers
The numbering of survey questions are dependent on when you created the questions. For example; your first question on the survey might be numbered "10" because it was the 10th question you created. Although you can move it to the top or bottom, the numbers will remain the same when exporting.

Both the researcher and respondent's ease of use is a plus point for this.
It's very easy to use and I liked their interface. They have thought of every possible aspect of creating a survey instrument. So all you need to do is type in your survey instrument.
If you are planning for a complicated survey instrument, you would need a few days to figure out all the functionalities.

We had made a mistake in creating a survey on a personal account instead of a business account. Customer Service clearly reiterated the issue to us to confirm their understanding, and helped us resolve this issue within half a day. Really appreciate it!

Qualtrics is super easy to use from the user end and provides a top notch experience for the survey taker!
It can be a bit to manage from the backend. The UI isn't the friendliest for admins setting and/or managing the integration, but it all works great in the end.
