Great software for desktop version but harder to use on mobile.
This software is great for getting feedback from people. It is easy to use and easy to get data. Pretty good software.
It works great, but can sometimes get really crowded pretty fast. It works great for desktop but some of the surveys don't come out well on mobile devices.

Qualtrics offers a broad variety to create an attractive survey with many different question types. Also, the data analysis and report functions are easy to use and have a great functionality. The customer support team is simply amazing! Helpful, fast, friendly and efficient. They even contact you via email if the problem could not be solved immediately (of course only if one agrees with being contacted).
The possibilities to export and translate the survey should be improved. Also, the design techniques (look & feel) could be created easier to use and more options would be nice.

Overall, it has been very useful to me as I collect data from my customers.
I like the customizability of the program to create surveys, professional interface, and the data presented.
When I try to see what the survey looks like or how it will be experienced, I have my aid create and send me the survey, but then it becomes part of the data and cannot be removed. I wonder if there is a way to do a test run where I can receive the survey and take it as if a customer were taking it, but not having it count in the final data.

I like that the surveys are generally short and are offered soon after I use a product or go to a restaurant etc. I think the formatting of the surveys are nice and they are generally easy to navigate.
I have not had many negative experiences with this program. The only suggestion I would have is you cannot generally go back to a survey at a later time and all answers must be submitted all at once. It would be nice to be able to save your answers should something come up.

The platform is easy to navigate and also Qualtrics provides accessible tools and resources to use.
The platform doesn't have the undo button, so sometimes you lose any changes that you want to consider back.

The product is very easy to use. I like that the format is clean cut and clear with not a lot of information to sort through.
I do not really use it enough to make an informed decision or to have an opinion on the software on what I do not like. so

LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Easy to use, they have almost everything you could possibly want for surveys on their platform (the only thing I've found that they don't have is dynamic conjoint, which isn't that important anyway).
Sometimes it's hard to find the right help page.

Overall positive, if not a bit frustrating. We just didn't know what we didn't know, and we found out too late (i.e. after we had paid and contracted with them) that we weren't going to be getting our full money's worth due to limitations on our team's side.
Qualtrics is a huge suite of programs. It has tons of functionality and allows you to track the health of your brand and products/services through robust and detailed tools for measuring customer satisfaction, NPS, and other systems.
It was too much for our team at the time, and we didn't know it. Qualtrics makes a lot of sense for companies with teams devoted solely to CX work and brand health/growth. Our team was not that. We needed something simpler, and ended up paying for a product that we couldn't fully utilize.

There are multiple ways to contact Qualtrics for support in using their survey tool. All are effective and quick.
You do not get to see or meet the person giving you the help to thank them in person.

That I can design any kind of survey or assessment imaginable and for distribution on multiple platforms.
That the panels they supply for purchase are not cheaper. Most of the quotes I have received are well over the level per respondent.

Overall the buying the Qualtrics CustomerXM software greatly improved management in our office and made it easier to direct complaints and/or compliments directly to those who can solve them. It is also very interesting to see the meta data in real time.
- Ease of Use - Slick and simple interface, making it easy for anyone to use the software - Real time answers from surveys
- Relatively High cost of implementation - System-wide glitches are not uncommon - Some surveys don't come directly through to you. - Minor bugs that affects usability (frozen pages, but this is rare).

Qualtrics provides awesome surveys to the clients. It's easy to do. I am an MTurk member and I do qualtrics survey regularly. It's fun and easy to do.

Qualtrics is great! Its ease of use and multi-functions make building a survey enjoyable! I also want to add their support team is EXTREMELY helpful (and knowledgable)! They were very friendly and able to answer my long list of questions regarding Qualtrics' security measures.
I wish there were a way to get the system to recognize multiple similar headings, so that the time it'll take to take the survey didn't increase with the word amount, since certain things are repeated and therefore wouldn't add much time to the survey length.

As a medical school faculty member I have come to truly appreciate Qualtrics for many uses. I like the capacity to fine tune questions; formats, and user experience so that the survey enhances my work --both for educational and research purposes. On top of the software it self the 24-7 Software support is truly excellent. Tech Support staff are informed, patient, persistent, and available round the clock. All in all a great product delivered in the best way possible .
I wish there was more support for the downloaded files once they are in Excel.

Qualtrics has so many options that I can create the exact survey that I want. Customer support is exceptional.
The software allows for innumerable paths to creating the exact survey that fits your target population and purposes. The options are endless and easy to locate. As impressed as I am by the software, I am far more impressed by the customer and technical support personnel. It is such a pleasure to talk with them. You are not on hold for long, if at all, and the employees are true professionals. They are knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and pleasant.
The only con that I can identify in the software is that for the survey to be automatically accessible to individuals using screen reader software such as JAWS etc., an administrator permission is needed. I would like it better if an individual could turn the option on their own for his or her survey without having to remember to run an accessibility check.

I love how you and your manager can ask peers in the same department or different departments to review you. It was great to get feedback from people you worked with daily in other departments instead of some of the people on your team, since you interact with those other departments more. It was easy to use to send reviews out, but also to do them for other people.
I honestly don't have a con for this software. I think every company should be using 360, as it is super valuable to have peer and 360 reviews. Just your manager is not enough.

Love the ability to offer an easy ways for customers to provide feedback on their experience. Their overall reporting is also very robust.
Sometimes I wish there was more flexibility in the setup and also reporting. For example, I'd like to create multiple dashboards based on my reporting needs. Some features are also not super intuitive as to how to use them.

the ability to cut and view NPS data using embedded data...by date, class, facilitator, etc.
once a dashboard is built, it makes seeing the data almost effortless - immediately. very easy to filter to get what you need
probably pricing - very expensive on a per user, annual basis...for a tool that I would consider essential to anyone who collects any amount of continuous data within a survey

Qualtrics has a fantastic data consolidation and visualization. You can see many demographic stats that are not always available from survey platforms. The suggested questions and answers are also incredibly helpful for a beginner.
The defaults for some of the items are the opposite of what one is used to. You just have to be attentive when you set up your questions.
