Full functionality, excellent customer service, supports our entire university! Allows different levels of users. As brand administrator, I can fully support all users but online support can be directly accessed by each user.
Some of the newer changes to the interface have made it a bit harder to use. We are presently having some trouble with the automatic account creation but I hope to have that resolved shortly.

Qualtrics made getting my opinion shared easier and convenient. It was quick and user-friendly.
Qualtrics gets the job done, but the format did seem very formal. The formats that I have seen wouldn't be ideal for projects outside of the workplace.

I use Qualtrics periodically to poll internal/external customers on a variety of topics and have found it to be a very successful, user-friendly tool.
- ease of survey setup - variety of survey tools and options - ability to use on desktop or mobile devices
I struggle with the reporting features once a survey has completed. I always manage to stumble my way to them, but I wonder if they could be more conveniently labeled.

The software is easy to use and pretty intuitive for beginners. Dashboards are laid out together which makes ease of navigation easy when toggling between setup and results tabs.
Things can be deleted that can't be retrieved. Changing something after initial programming of a form causes some glitches in some features.

We are a customer-focused company and rely heavily on feedback from customers on our products. Qualtrics has been a great product to fill this need.
Very easy to use and offers a wide variety of customization and formatting for customer experience surveys.
Sometimes too many features for what we need. But it is always better to have more flexibility in case we need to run a very specific survey.

easy usage, to get what you want is a step by step process. the training Qualtrics supplied our project manger They made my problem simple.
There was no fault I could fine, if I have to have hundred words this is going to be crazy if there is no con there is no con. I did not like having to make things up to complete this survey.

Used the corporate license for Qualtrics, it is very intuitive to create the survey and distribute. It generates great visual analytic reports which can directly be incorporated in the presentations
Themes are little difficult to configure and does not have the file upload option as a response.

Allows me to construct a survey exactly how I want it to function. But more important, the customer service is absolutely first-rate!
When constructing the survey , it is a little bit clunkier than it seems like it needs to be (lots of clicking). Also, the "new" look seems to make accessing things and creating surveys to be more inefficient.

Easy to use. You do not need to know much about this software because Qualtrics web is explaining how to use and it is completely based on your needs.
I think the strengths of this software outweigh weaknesses. The only issue is the designing questions with graphs and figures. I mean more artistic.

This helps me with my research and helps with promotion and tenure.
Flexibility of questions available. They have pretty much every way imaginable to capture and gather data. This is very helpful.
The export to Microsoft word is clunky at best. There should be a completely stripped down version that looks like a regular word document.

getting feedback from customers after field support engineer visit.
The support staff blew me away. Contacted support over chat and phone five or six times. The wait time was very short. It was under 3 min every time I contacted support. Very knowledgeable staff. They knew how to fix my issue as soon as I explained what I need. Impressed.
The survey cannot go back in the loop if I want to use the same questions multiple times. I used Survey Flow, but it was somewhat cumbersome and not as easy as survey when you just go to the next question after each response. But I have to admit that my survey is somewhat convoluted.

Easy and useful. The best part is that it has training and support available all the time. Even a novice can become a user within a few hours.
It can be made more obvious as most survey might use it. Example, putting the icon on the left menu or something.

For someone who is not real tech savy this program is easy to use. Thanks for creating this with people like myself in mind.
Honestly, not really anything. If I ever have a question and I call customer service and they help me within minutes (they don't make you go through a long phone tree either!).

If you're not crazy data minded, it can be a bit overwhelming. Takes a bit of time to understand what you're looking at, but once you do, the findings are invaluable.

Qualtrics has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want in a survey software while still being incredibly user friendly.
With so much functionality it can be easy to mess up logic in surveys. Also sharing across surveys is a pain and doesn't allow you to transfer ownership.

I have contacted Customer Service several times for assistance and they have been very responsive, answering big and small questions promptly. It is a great piece of software I would be lost without.
It is intuitive and helps you make the most out of your data and analysis.
No cons as they take all questions and ideas on board.

The features make it easy to use. I especially like the "Logic" function and that it can be duplicated. I was working on a long survey which had the same question type and structure and this feature made building the survey a breeze! It was the first Qualtrics Survey I had done and was really impressed by the features. The support phone staff were also very very helpful and easy to get in touch with - which made all the difference!
I really enjoy using the program , and perhaps the only thing that I like least is that when I login, I have to do it twice. A little bizarre. All in all I really liked the program.

Qualtrics is a customizable survey platform which can be used to collect an amazing amount of data. The reports are comprehensive and customizable. It is great for the academic setting as it can go deep into questions and has features to ensure privacy.
It is not the most easy-to-use in the beginning. It is more expensive of other surveying products however it comes with extra tools which make it worth the extra money.

Very positive, and from what I have personally seen, the best in the market (although you must pay for access the best solution!)
Simple to quickly get the hang of and with excellent functionality ensures business users (and everyone else for that matter) that they have access to a great product enabling survey feedback.
We had access to most of the platform, but when I needed to add additional functionality, to provide the most appropriate information, it was a paid for optional add on. Not surprising, but this was the part I liked least.
