Cvent Event Management vs Eventbrite Comparison

Regonline is a fantastic, low cost solution for businesses that have a very specific list of needs for their event registrations. It does a lot of things and gives you power to customize (almost) anything. Reporting is accurate and a breeze to set up. Invoicing works very well. More flexibility than Eventbrite.

The problem is the interface: it's a little dated in appearance, and it can be difficult to format things in the way which you want them to appear. Most of my difficulty came in making custom logic questions in the agenda section of registration. It was hard to know how an edit would look on the public site, and it was easy to think you saved something when you really didn't. I've had many frustrating afternoons trying to figure it out. But it can still be worth the time!

Been using this tool for over a few, years now -the userinterface is great.

Can add more features to its event management

It is easy to navigate and find multiple events, especially if they are linked to one conference. An annual conference I both work at and attend uses it each year to manage all the many activities happening simultaneously and it really helps to streamline things.

It is easy easy to use and it makes your event a success. Eventbrite provides the best online event management.

I liked the UX/UI experience for users the most. Eventbrite makes it super easy to manage events and also for users to signup and register to attend events. This makes the organization process much nicer to manage the registration process for events.

Can't really say there was a big con. But, I guess Eventbrite pushes users to organize their event through their website instead of pushing users to white label and have users signup through their own website for the event.

This software is very quick and easy to use. Can be used to schedule any event at any time. Also, it can be integrated easily with any business.

This is one of the best event management software I have ever used.

Sometimes we had informal events that did not require registration and would have liked to have an option to create events in a less formal way so that all the events could be in one place.

There are some ways that event listings are unclear and it is fairly easy to create fake event listings that can confuse customers and result in headaches for on-site event management.

I have found that the payment processing and ticketing features can be challenging to use at times. The payment processing feature requires significant attention to detail and can be time-consuming, particularly for larger events with many attendees. There really are no cons to this software. This is the gold standard for event management.

Great event management system which provides a large number of great features. it make the event management easy with online ticketing. search for events on a selected field is easy with Eventbrite.

Customizing the registration page could be difficult and may require some programming skills.

Eventbrite is a very comprehensive event management software. It allows you to set up an event, invite and manage guests, communicate with guests, and you can even host your event online.

Sometimes the Eventbrite website can be a little clunky to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for.

What I like most is being able to whip up an event in very little time. You add the dates, the pricing, the types of tickets. You pretty up the event details with videos and pictures and then you can publish it. I can get an event up in less than 10 minutes if I'm motivated.

There are a few items locked behind higher tier payment options such as customizable attendee info collection and group registrations, but other than that, the base plan works great so not much to dislike about this software solution.
