Best resource for meeting space

We use Cvent to verify the meeting space inventory available in a local market. Cvent makes it very easy to search by a specific hotel or market to find this information.

Pros

There is no better resource I have found for getting the meeting space available in a hotel. It's also a great resource for verifying room counts and when a hotel opens.

Cons

Honestly nothing. This is extremely easy to use and has everything I've ever looked for in it.

Everything in a single place

Overall a great way of managing events and information.

Pros

It has all the information about an event in a single place. It makes navigating events ad conferences way easier than normal dairies.

Cons

Getting the events inside the app can be confusing. It can also freeze and cause some problems if there is limited time.

Pros

The software is easy to use and fairly simple to register for events

Cons

Sometimes there is not enough information for the event I need to plan ahead. This may be the fault of the company creating the event. Also, there should be better interfacing with my calendar in MS Outlook.

As a user, the set up information is very straightforward and easy to use. Forward and backward navigation doesn't jeopardize saved information either.

Nothing negative about it, great software.
