Pros

My favorite thing about Doodle is the ease with which you are able to design something. I also like having the ability to find out when everybody is available.
I love the ability to send out a link and get a large group of people scheduled. The simplicity of the software makes it accessible even to our non-tech friendly staff.
I enjoyed it because it allowed me to be creative and I was able to save all of the work in which I did.

Pros

Overall Chili Piper is a great product with a growing list of features. If you have time to work with their awesome support team you can get a really great scheduling process in place.
Love the product and the support staff who gave me the training and help me configure the platform was tops.
I think it is such a great concept it is super effective for my company.

Cons

The only negative I can think of is that occasionally a recipient's email will block a Doodle poll.
I did encounter trouble when trying to set my availability. When I tried to give my schedule, I found it hard to pull down to occupy the whole time slot.
I hate when it misses an event on my calendar.

Cons

The need for support assistance to simply sign in was obnoxious.
Our sales ops have looked into this several times and "fixed" the problem but every now and then it breaks.
Found a bug where if our Google Calendar is in one time zone but the org-wide Chili Piper is in another time zone, the round-robin starts acting weird.
