Pros

I love the ability to send out options and have the software make it clear what is the best option for a meeting. There is no good way to do that with mass emails.
It's a good software for when you want to schedule a certain meeting with a group of people. It's good a finding a time that will be available to most people.
I love that Doodle is easy, but has lots of customizations to really get what you want from the users. The granularity with which you can get details from users is incredibly useful.

Pros

It allows for great collaboration, I like that I can customize using Java or HTML, and it also applies to many types of research. The other cores are also great.
Overall, the software is very good as it also supports app on phones which is very useful at times. Furthermore it has a wide range of language supports and has lots of potential to further improve.
I love that Qualtrics is so intuitive and has so much functionality built in. I also love that they are consistently working to improve it and roll out other useful features.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about Doodle, but I know the institution was unhappy with it becoming outdated so we moved from it.
I don't have any complaints about Doodle, except that you have to remember to actually use it. But that is no fault of the software itself.
There is really not much to complain about Doodle except maybe the Android app crashes and login failures.

Cons

One other negative, you can't have two people working on a project at once - it gets buggy and changes get lost. It's also difficult to have two Qualtrics pages open in your browser at once.
There are only a few things that we have found the software incapable of doing, and they have been rather minor. We did request that the company add them to their "to-do" list.
It is so robust that a new user can struggle with its functions. Also, the surveys can be kind of confusing but that is likely due to the author making them confusing.
