Pros

I love the ability to send out options and have the software make it clear what is the best option for a meeting. There is no good way to do that with mass emails.
It's a good software for when you want to schedule a certain meeting with a group of people. It's good a finding a time that will be available to most people.
I love that Doodle is easy, but has lots of customizations to really get what you want from the users. The granularity with which you can get details from users is incredibly useful.

Pros

Excellent experience when user adoption is high, like warm results is adoption is moderate or low. Requires management commitment to drive user adoption and a high level,of organizational commitment.
A CRM so wonderful, that provides you with on demand features, according to your needs. It is relatively easy to use and thus, has a good community of users and sales people who can work with it.
Overall Salesforce is a great help to the group I use it with. It lets us track opportunities as they come in, assign them, add people to them, track win rates, etc.

Cons

I can't say enough about how much Doodle polls have helped in terms of scheduling with larger groups. I used to hate my job because of it, but not anymore--you just have to have the right tools.
I do not have any complaints about Doodle, but I know the institution was unhappy with it becoming outdated so we moved from it.
I don't have any complaints about Doodle, except that you have to remember to actually use it. But that is no fault of the software itself.

Cons

There are countless strides to having a total record, so this is definitely not a languid program. In case you will utilize it, focus on utilizing it, in any case, nonsense in, nonsense out.
The new lightening version of this software if AWFUL. Leave the original as is this new version is just confusing and makes NO sense.
I hate that all the offers don’t show u less you are really specific in your search. I also hate they my company is really doing away with the software.
