Overall an easy to use software that helps in building reputation on several levels and on top very friendly support staff. :-)
Easy to use even without automation. Reliable and structured. Perfect feature is the reputation manager, that allows to mangage Google and TP platform invites as well. Easy widget setup for the website
Missing a real time reporting / dashboard / BI type analytics that can be shared with a click throughout the organisation. E.g. ratings over time, conversion etc. with standard filter options.

Las opiniones que recogemos nos permiten detectar incidencias y vulnerabilidades en nuestro servicio para poder mejorar, pero lo mejor es que al tener una puntuación positiva y verificada visible en nuestra web, da fiabilidad a futuros clientes.
La implementación en la página web fue muy fácil a través de su API, ya que está muy bien documentada y nuestras dudas fueron rápidamente resueltas a través de su servicio de atención al cliente, aun requiriendo asistencia técnica. La información que ofrecen a través del Dashboard de eTrusted (su plataforma online) es súper completa. Además, nos fue relativamente sencillo integrarlo en nuestros flujos de marketing.
El TrustBadge tarda un poco en cargar, lo que causaba que hubiera un ligero salto en nuestro html. Finalmente lo solucionamos tocando estilos CSS en nuestro site.

We are extremely happy to partner up with Trusted Shops as mentioned above. Of course good reviews from our customers is a marketing asset itself. So it was pretty important to get a professional and known plattform as Trusted Shops. Since the onboarding the quantitiy and the quality of the reviews just improved compared to our different plattform before.
The software had almost all the needed features. It was the great partnership and communication that stood out. We had great contact persons who were very engaged to get everything lined up for us to reach our goals. There had to be done so many adjustments made due to our company organisation and we almost never got a denied by them. They also contributed with great ideas and work arounds.
Unfortunately we are still missing some kind of alerting when getting negative reviews. Instead we have to look manually into the Control Center and filter all negative reviews. Also we are missing the feature of blurred names. Since the reviews are public, it would be nice to get real names blurred.

Its a stable and scalable tech platform with easy to use backend and features.
There are missing features like reporting and export functions as well as customizable forms and email templates without need of eTrusted customer service.

Hemos podido integrarlo en nuestro site tal y como queríamos a través de su API. La API está muy bien documentada y el soporte técnico que ofrecen es muy bueno.
Su “trustbadge” viene con estilos predefinidos y no es muy personalizable, pero con un poco de CSS se puede mejorar alguna cosa. Aunque el soporte técnico es muy bueno, a veces se demoran unos días en responder.
