Pros

I highly recommend Configio as it is a wonderful value with truly helpful and personal customer service. I love interacting with the employees of Configio...they really care.
My company was looking for an LMS system that would allow greater control and flexibility when handling employee training and the Configio system was the perfect fit.
Our staff love how simple and intuitive the system is to use. It has really been a great asset to how our program manages student enrollment.

Pros

I think that this product has a really great look and feel about it. I love the versatility that it offers and the support that we have had in setting this up.
I love the flexibility of it, it's wonderful to be able to integrate such a variety of interactive features from video to surveys to downloadable information.
A breadth of features and functionality that allow you to create stunning publications - let your imagination go wild. Also, the customer support is amazing.

Cons

The only downside I've experienced is that there are so many features and options it can be overwhelming.
If you're using or have need to use any of the other features, there's no reason not to use Configio.
We had many obstacles to overcome and customization that was required to meet our needs. Configio was able to do just that.

Cons

I'm struggling to answer this. Possibly the gallery and photo management system, however, I'm not sure how much my frustrations with this are caused by my own lack of knowledge.
There should be an option in place to turn off automated invoices and someone manually work this out. There is no surviellance on users so I expect your team have no idea whats owed to them.
It can be a little difficult to navigate around the interactivity and different elements in putting the publications together.
