Pros

The flexibility and ease of use. Support has been outstanding and their Development team has listened and acted upon our needs.
The team is all fantastic to work with and are incredibly responsive with questions and requests. I literally can not say enough wonderful things about this company.
I love the automated email followup through my own email account, and ability to draft my own templates to fit my business. I also like being able to view my statistics.

Pros

What is important for me is having the support I need to figure it out. This company hands down has the best support I've seen in quite some time.
The calendar is easy to use, and while I haven't used the payments/contracts features, they seem like they will be a real help when we get into the heat of our event season.
This software has helped us with reports and organizing our daily client interactions. I cannot say this enough...support is outstanding.

Cons

I have assumed a few times and sent an auto email to someone with whom I had just spoken a few days prior and it is a bit embarrassing.
When I first become a subscriber the software was difficult to delete large bridal leads listing. That problem was correct and to be honest this is the only issue I can recall with Event Temple.
Nothing - the team at Event Temple are so open to improvements and ideas that we feel that any negative issues have been resolved as we installed and used the system.

Cons

Too much room for error when keying in multiple sections during the initial setup process for an event.
In general, it can be difficult to navigate the different "silos" of EBE, between line items, proposals, event page, and so on.
I do have difficulty finding "notes" on clients and events at a glance.
