It's a good product, the annual maintenance costs are reasonable, the phone tech support is unsurpassed.

I would definitely recommend EventPro software to other facilites.

Pros

The software is easy to use. Customer support always responds in a timely manner and makes sure my problems are always solved.

Cons

However, customer support always helps me find the right one, or creates a custom report.

It's a very good software and meets our needs at this time.

Pros

It is simple to use. Customer service has always been great!

Cons

The standard edition doesn't offer everything we need and we have a limited budget to work with at this time. It can be overwhelming to understand and use for a first-time user with basic computer/tech skills.

Our organization has used Event Pro for over 7 years are satisfied with the software and support.

Pros

It gives staff the capability to review the availability of any of our facilities and book them for our customers in a timely manner.

Cons

At this point, i don't believe there is any way to link the two programs together to make the monthly billing process easier.

We would highly recommend this software to other schools and event planning corporations.

Pros

It has improved how we run and track events in so many ways.

Cons

The accommodations module runs slow because of how many rooms we have, However, I believe that is on our side of things and has to do with our server.
