Eventzilla  made planning an event so easy that I was able to focus on the big projects while it took care of the details.

So easy to set u a free conference

We used Eventzilla for registration for a trivia night fundraiser, and it was exactly what we needed.  The event page is quick and easy to set up, and there are many options for tickets, handling payments, etc.  The fee is simple and straightforward.  All tables were sold online before the event.  Credit card payments worked great through our PayPal account.  I only had two minor issues.  First, I would like a little more control over the format of the event page.  Second, the event owner needs to be notified about incomplete orders.  We found out that one person thought they were registered but their order was in an incomplete state, which we did not know about and could not find a cause.  Fortunately we found this before the event sold out.  So, it is a good idea to monitor the incomplete/abandoned orders.  Otherwise, this service works well and is easy to use.

I have tried other ticketing sites & found them confusing & complicated. Eventzilla is straightforward & I love the fact it give you the option to pay fees yourself or forward them to the person purchasing tickets. Great for a small business like mine!

Sometimes my registrations DO NOT show up - eventhough they paid.  I always have to double check all registrations.

Also the "send invitation" part does not work well.  Its slow and it sometimes doesnt work at all.

Thanks for taking the time to review Eventzilla. And apologies for any inconvenience experienced.

Please note that a small number of registrations can sometimes remain "Incomplete" due to problems or delays in processing of the payment by the payment gateway. There are a variety of reasons for these payment transaction problems, which in almost all cases have nothing to do with Eventzilla.

A Perfect Partner for Events

We use it to register kids for our Awana program. So far I have yet to find anything that works as well as Eventzilla does.

Great for non-profit events

I was in a bind. I need to organize state-wide training for a very large group of people who were located all over the place in a hurry. We had our locations mapped out, but we didn't know how to gauge our attendance.  We didn't want have the expense of setting up and traveling to locations if no one was going to show up! Enter Eventzilla!  Eventzilla helped me quickly set up registrations for each site and provide them with follow-up reminders, directions etc. Eventzilla provided an easy cut and paste code that I could place on a landing page to direct folks.  It worked GREAT! We did have some events that people couldn't attend. By managing all the events through Eventzilla we were able to direct them to other locations and cancel events that weren't going to be well attended. It worked GREAT!
