What is Expo Pass?Expo Pass is a cloud-based event management solution which lets users manage registration, badge printing, check-in, event apps, lead retrieval, and other functions for both physical and virtual events. Users can create multi-session virtual events and customize them with sponsor and company branding.
Expo Pass provides a customizable attendee registration experience which supports discounted and hidden registration types, secure payment processing, and abandoned cart funnels/retargeting through Google and Facebook Pixel tracking. Attendees can pre-register for different sessions within an event if required, and ancillary services or premium sessions can be sold during the registration process. Registration forms also can be embedded directly into event or company websites, preventing prospective attendees from needing to navigate away. For physical events, users can print attendee ID badges and scan QR codes to check attendees into events or sessions upon arrival.
To host virtual events, Expo Pass integrates with Zoom, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Webex, and other providers to offer video streaming and conferencing through the platform. Supporting materials such as speak biographies, session resources, and event information can be uploaded for participants to access through the web or custom event mobile apps. Expo Pass also includes reporting functionality for event analysis.
