After I took the time to see the tutorials, it was AMAZING and it's working absolutely amazing for me!
It's easy of use and the beauty of design, it is very important for me that the process is enjoyable to my clients.
I am not very fast to learn to use it, and I need my clients to upload a selfie with my product and this app doesn't have this option.

I love the flexibility of the product. Not only are you receiving feedback from your customers, but Feedier allows you to also give back to whoever is giving you their time.
A bit of a learning curve. Once you get over the different terms things and the capabilities of the software, things get easier.

Smart and easy, I like the funnel they build for customer 5 stars review. great customer service friendly interface and also multi Languages.
limited design, can't add Facebook pixel. sometimes it works easy a little bit (But not a big issue). there is no API for now, and the zapier app still not ready

Feedier provides a nice interface and good gamification for capturing more user reviews. The ability to give rewards, and the ability to easily connect to many other services (ie Google Reviews, Yelp etc) after someone has finished providing basic review and feedback is very well done. I believe anyone using feedier will definitely get more and better reviews and feedback.
Seems built specifically for apps and not services. Some portions had stock language that couldn’t be modified. Could also use additional 3rd-party connected review services (for example avvo.com) to support businesses to use with their services and not just apps.

I have enjoyed using Feedier to date and I am excited about the ways I can incorporate it in my business. I am also encouraged by their roadmap and hope that the use cases for this software will increase. I have already recommended it to a client who works in customer service.
Software allows you to easily generate beautiful and rewarding feedback surveys. The user experience and onboarding is simple and fun to go through. And the option to give tokens of appreciation to users is nice. It is also easy to implement and has great flexibility in how it is distributed.
Initially, I had difficulty with customising the questions but this was apparently solved with an update to the software.

Feedier have impressed me no end! Their customer service is top notch and they are super helpful with random enquiries as well.
The simplicity of setting everything up is a huge advantage! The dashboard is comprehensive but not overwhelming and it's set out intuitively which is a huge bonus.
I can't think of anything I don't like about Feedier!

great for gathering marketing info for follow ups.
Easy to create and provide forms to gather data from web browsers. Crucial marketing data can be obtained with this software.
Not many customization options to choose from or to create from scratch. User needs to understand the limits imposed.

Getting user feedback stinks, but feedier has found a way to make that much better from the user's perspective.
Would be great to have deeper integration with the woocommerce built in review process so we can collect these within feedier and supplement these.

The user interface is fantastic, I really enjoy the animation and the use of aircraft carriers - it's a really nice touch.
I wasn't aware that the product (at this stage) is mainly geared towards product providers, as opposed to service providers. This limits its usefulness for my company.

It is so easy to use and has a beautiful interface. It's easy to embed and has great white labeled options that are a must for any agency.
Nothing that i can think of at the moment, maybe the only thing would be other designs that can be implemented.

Simplicity - the graphical user interface is easy to work with. Fitness-for-purpose - does exactly what it claims to do.
It's structured for an obvious or 'most popular' use case, when in fact it is adaptable to a much broader set of uses.

Overall I was fairly happy with it, but because of the bugs I cancelled my account. I believe it has great potential though, it just needs time to have things worked out and added.
Love that it turns feedback into a chance to win rewards. Has conditional logic. Visually appealing.
Bugs. Can only customize to a certain point.

Excellent experience with both software and support.
I love that it integrates forms with reviews with rewards. It's ideal for creating and improving relationships with customers.

Easy to use, cheap, can be adapted to answer almost anything or for any purpose. Very friendly and attentive customer service.
I feel that they could do more to allow me to adapt emails and text messages, rather than use their default templates.

Loved the design, the formatting, and the overall concept behind the software. It's incredibly valuable for digital marketers and online business owners - especially when we want to reward our audience and community for their time and energy into giving us feedback. A lot of thought has been put into this software and I'm happy to be using it as a part of my business tool repertoire.
Some of the functionality is hard to follow and incorporate. The user experience can be improved to make it more simpler to use and to intuitively understand.

As a designer i loved your service. But since we are a small company with a foreign language we had to chose a different service that allow for basic design and language customization.

Very easy to use! Had a survey deployed within 5 minutes of logging in. It was also easy to share and worked well on mobile for those we were surveying. The customer support and responsiveness has been great so far. I have not used the ability to show different questions based on the answers given, but is a powerful feature that I plan on using.
I would like the admin interface to work better on mobile, which the developer has already said they were working on. It still works on mobile, just a little clunky.
