Pros

I like the ease of knowing about offers or loyalty programs in my current vicinity. The map is good for an overview of all the participating retails and restaurants.
I do highly recommend this product. It truly did make having a loyalty program super easy.
I like that it's easy to use, I love that it is customizable and that it updates reward points automatically.

Pros

Good, relatively easy to learn. Good instructions and very helpful customer service from Goody which makes the overall experience fantastic.
It was easy to get up and running with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] talking me through the process. It is proving good to have a loyalty program that ties in with other small businesses in our town.
We are new to Goody and it is a learning exercise for staff and customers. Hopefully the ease of operation for both will improve in time.

Cons

Keeping bad reviews and unsatisfied customers from Trip Advisor.
It's hard to remember which places use five stars and in the app it's annoying to have to press the bubble again to get out of the business rather than just pressing out (it won't let you).
Worthless, lying salesperson & worst customer service.

Cons

Our machine occasionally is telling people they need to verify their email before redeeming however they have already done this, also when it freezes it is frustrating for customers.
Difficult to work with and hard to get problems resolved quickly.
This prgram was forced on us while staying in resort in FIJI now I get coninuous emails despite unchecking all options. Absolute waste of time signing us up for a two day stay and never to use again.
