Pros

Overall, I've had a great experience with outstanding customer service from Flexbooker.
The customer service has been outstanding with rapid responses from support teams.
Very impressive set of features with excellent customer support.

Pros

It’s user friendly, easy to navigate and my clients just love being able to book their own appointments with reminders. I would recommend this service to anyone.
The text and email automatic function is so nice for our customers. Different Scheduling types is very nice as wel.
The best features are the auto reminders for clients with bookings, the booking confirmation emails and the really clean and simple end user booking system.

Cons

Still, it was an issue out of the box that we simply were missing some features for a very large scale operation.
The inability for a customer to schedule multiple appointments without starting the process again.
C. Their lack of secondary employee notification cost me time and money from employees, not showing up because they were not notified.

Cons

And you don't learn that until clients start booking appointments, which is very frustrating.
I am hard-pressed to identify negative aspects of this platform.
It's really not practical to move appointments around this way - you have to edit it by setting the date and time manually when it would be a lot quicker to drag and drop.
