Pros

It was great for me to know what our customers think about us. A great way to add some post sale assistence.
It is very intutitive, it has a diversity of questions and it is easy to set it up, it is easy to return to the edition and it has discount alternatives for users like me.
The survio software is useful and it provides a good overview.

Cons

There are minor areas where the software seems 'clunky' or a little lacking in the UI, but these are minor inconveniences ... nothing that makes me dislike the overall platform.
Using Flexbooker for scheduling our employer flu vaccination appointments exceeded my high expectations.
Flexbooker was the center of our daily operations at one point, but as we've grown, we've tweaked our operations so scheduling is no longer a necessity.

Cons

The only thing that i missed was a feature that i could insert multiple language surveys to one survey (it's hard to explain). That was the only thing that i really missed.
I started using Survio to study the problem of conservation of birds that collide with windows.
No more than 100 respondents monthly if you have more you need to pay. This could change my choice of using servio in the future.
