Pros
Excellent customer support team who is there to help with any of our needs as our company is growing. They have helped us use the software better to be more efficient with our own time and resources.
I'm just starting out, so having all this stuff handled for a low price is awesome. It's good to know that Fons will be useful and affordable no matter how much my business grows.
I love the ease of client booking, options of subscriptions and packages, and the interface of the software. My clients all love it as well.
Pros
I like that the customer service is amazing. I can always reach someone either immediately or within an hour or two with the help I need.
So easy to use, great for physical and online bookings, good options eg for payment types and class frequency. Amazing customer service.
Since I found Ubindi everything has been growth and progress. My students were enthusiastic as soon as they learned about the new platform where we would now have the school.
Cons
I had a rather negative experience when the CEO responded to my anxiety in an email badly, accusing me of not reading it thoroughly getting impatient when I didn’t understand.
There are no more "we were on vacation during one of our lessons last month, so we're going to pay you less this month" conversations.
My phone calendar stopped syncing with the app (likely my phones issue and not the app).
Cons
There are some features that are lacking- I'd like to be able to go back to a class and edit who was or was not in attendance because sometimes I make a make a mistake and check off the wrong student.
But honestly it wasn't clear to me if this was Ubindi or user error.
Packages for customers can be difficult to track or require a little leg work to see what has been used.
