Pros

Also the support was excellent, I needed some assistance and I worked with the same person through the whole process, which was great. She followed up with me until my problem was resolved.
My overall experience has been outstanding. Freshdesk provides quick, efficient,solutions so I can keep my customers happy which in turn keeps me happy.
Freshdesk is super easy to use and very straightforward. We recently made the switch to using this from salesforce and I am super happy since it is so much easier.

Pros

Our employees love the clean and self explaining GUI of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 which integrates into the Microsoft world perfectly.
We can provide better customer service because everybody finds their needed information faster and more secure. That is a big advantage for all.
I have used the software for almost 9 months, and have found it to be very user friendly, with excellent presentation.

Cons

We didnt have any negative experience with the software on web platform but mobile app notifications are terrible and it doesn't get delivered instantly.
Probably too early to tell. Generally, in any similar software, my only pain point would be related to downtime, inaccuracy of reporting & core/hardcoded functionalities not working as intended.
We no longer have to worry about customer emails getting missed because everyone assumed someone else took care of them, or because they got pushed to another page and forgotten.

Cons

Once again, if you buy this product you a damning your co workers to years of mental anguish and some might genuinely start hating their job so much that they quit.
Otherwise implementation will fail and management will blame systems in front of business owners.
Ridiculously expensive and not even close to what any other software company charges for basic accounting.
