Fresh is Best!

One of the biggest benefits of this software is the data that is provided - cannot say it enough. I know that our CS Manager has some troubles with their customer service when something is not working properly. 

Freshdesk has been an optimal part of our Customer Service team for several years.

We deal with multiple insurers, and for us to be able to service all the clients we placed with about 17 of these insurers is a whole lot of work, but with freshdesk we easily manage this, and effectively satisfy our clients request, disputes and escalation resolution through a ticketing service, while using the same tool as a BI reporting tool with the fabulous dashboards, and we easily export these reports into google presentation or power point presentation, as well as into excel sheets.

Effective customer support system

Building a system from scratch - articles and taxonomy, chat and rules, tickets and responsiveness was made much easier with Freshdesk's help. They took the time on the phone to answer questions, sent prompt responses with images to show me how to solve an issue, and followed up with me on a screen share to ensure I was running everything properly and integrating properly. This type of customer service is paramount for us to give our customers excellent customer service. I've used other platforms in the past and this is much easier from an agent's standpoint and I haven't heard issues on the customer side.

Over all experience was good as I used to work on this software almost on daily basis for 2 years would also recommend to other organisations to make a use of this software. 

Ease of use and simple features

The overall experince with Freshdesk did for me is combine all channels customer flow at one place, now every comment/ post/ Dm turns into a proper ticket and assign to a dedicated support staff, doing this way we never missed any single query from customers and we have properly self help automation and data export options. 

Freshdesk is very helpful

as I said in the pros section, it is so easy to configurate and start working wit it. You can classify the tickets according to many and various parameters that suit your needs and create custom labels for them as well.

I have managed to create incident control policies in a centralized way and at a cost below, since it is managed in the cloud and it is possible to access it from anywhere. In addition, my clients do not need great knowledge of IT and can through the apps, access the ticket portal from virtually any platform (facebook, twitter, among others) thanks to its natural integration.

I used Freshdesk to maintain a base of clients for our development company. I managed contacts and sending out offers, and tracking all that was easy using Freshdesk. Some of my colleagues used the ticketing system for our support pipeline and they were in love with all the options the system provided them with. Overall, from my personal experience and after talking to my colleagues, I believe Freshdesk is one of the best (if not the best) complete solutions out there.

A great and versatile suite of products

It is an effective tool for providing customer support, however not the simplest application to use
