Incredible!!

You have to give it a go, once you see inside you realise quite how much it can do.

Pros

The simple integration between freshdesk and freshsales. To be able to have both customers in the same database and seamlessly swap between freshdesk and freshsales makes everything incredibly streamlined

Cons

That's the one feature I miss from Spiceworks.
