Good contact management, Pipelines for differents ales activities which are customizable. Web and Chat to Lead function, The app works also very good and I like the numbers from other countries.

Pros

Pipelines for Sales, Chat integration, fresh design, perfect support, self customization, Phone numbers from other countries for your clients for an easy contact. Web to Lead form, Chat intergation works very good.

Cons

Ok to set up, but could be easier, sometimes the reakztion is a bit slow and I do not think it's my internet, because I do have an 500 mBit connection

We've got a simple, easy to use sales CRM in Freshsales that 's a welcome relief after using a couple of others that complicate the entire process.

Pros

It has made the CRM usage go up, and has enabled better pipeline management.

Cons

No integration with Microsoft Office 365 beyond Outlook and Calendar. There is no way to sync data to Microsoft Teams, Planner, etc.

Highly Customizable, a lot of features for the price point, nice deals pipeline, overall a pretty clean user interface.

Cons

Many times I just have a company name as a lead and don't' have a contact first & last name yet so in less you create some dummy data (which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to try and maintain up to date data) your company leads aren't getting imported.

All in one CRM which covers email management and tracking and provides a calling system inside the CRM!

Pros

They have quality leadscoring, email management and tracking, pipeline divided up by territories, reporting for managers, and what I love most about this product is their built in phone system!

Cons

That last one isn't a true deal killer but since you'll be spending much of your day buried in a CRM it helps if the software is pretty to look at.

What I like in CRM system is it's easily accessible and quick to use, so it does not slow down my activities, but instead helps me be more productive.

Pros

Pros are numerous - some of them are: - integration with Exchange/Gmail for incoming mail, - many plans to choose from, - intuitive and easy to use, - good mobile app

Cons

Especially with Todoist for task management (I've been using Todoist for years and it is just the most accessible and streamlined task management app).

Fantastic customer support when I was first getting going, and even now when I have questions.

Pros

It's an online software and the Freshsales team keeps it up and running all the time; I've never had a problem accessing it on the go. The mobile app also contributes to quick access while on the road.

Cons

I think it would be easier to schedule email marketing campaigns if there was a calendar interface for that task.
