単体で使っても良いデータベースだと思います
飲食店でaccessで自作のプログラムと連携して使っています。自作のプログラムに、CTIを組み込めてとても満足です。
かかって来た電話番号によって、ポップアップ変わるテキストや、音が出せると良いと思います。

業種ごとに顧客管理簿は特徴があると思いますが、カスタマイズの自由度はかなりあると思いました。またＣＴＩシステムも利用していますが、電話受信時のポップアップで相手がわかるというのは、たとえ１、２秒の間でも心の準備ができて落ち着いて電話対応ができます。着信から予約表データベースへの登録が数クリックでできる利便性が高いです。
50年ほど続く社員10人の造園会社です。長年、紙の顧客管理簿とカレンダーの裏にマジックペンで予約表を書き込んでいましたが、fullfreeでデータベース化しました。基本的に無料のため、初期投資が必要なく、好きなだけ試用して、使えるソフトだと思ったらそのまま本運用に移行できるのが一番の強みだと思います。有料版も安価で買い切りのため、ほかの従業員への展開も容易です。
とてもよくできたデータベースだと思います。改善してほしい点はとくにありません。
